Imran Khan’s “Death in Jail” — Rumor vs Reality
A clear, simple explanation for everyone
Introduction
In the past few days, a shocking claim spread on social media: that former Prime Minister Imran Khan had died in jail. The rumor caused fear, confusion, and protests outside the prison. Many people started believing it without checking the facts. This article explains what actually happened, what the authorities said, and why this rumor spread so quickly.
How the Rumor Started
The claim began on social media from unknown and unreliable accounts.
These posts said that Imran Khan had been “killed in jail” and that “his body was removed from the prison.”
Within minutes, the rumor went viral, and many people shared it without verification.
The political situation in the country is already tense, so people easily believed the story.
In short, the rumor grew because information from the jail is limited, people are emotional, and social media spreads anything very fast.
Official Statements and the Real Situation
A few hours after the rumor spread, the prison authorities issued an official statement.
They said: Imran Khan is alive, safe, and inside the jail. He is receiving all required medical facilities.
No trusted news agency has confirmed his death.
There is no photo, video, or evidence proving the rumor.
His family and lawyers also said that they received no confirmed report about any such incident.
Therefore, based on all reliable information, the rumor is false.
Why Do Such Rumors Spread So Fast?
1. Political Tension
People are already worried because of the political situation. Any shocking news spreads instantly.
2. Lack of Transparency
When there is no clear and regular information from the jail, people start believing whatever they hear online.
3. Social Media Speed
A dramatic claim gets thousands of shares before anyone checks whether it is true or not.
Social, Legal and Moral Aspects
Social Aspect
False news creates fear, panic, and mistrust among people. It increases political tension.
Legal Aspect
Such a serious allegation (like death or murder in jail) requires strong proof, legal investigation, and verified evidence — not random social media posts.
Moral Responsibility
Journalists, media, and common people should avoid spreading unverified information. It can harm society and cause unrest.
Conclusion: What is the Truth?
Based on everything confirmed so far: No official or credible source has reported Imran Khan’s death.
Jail authorities clearly said he is alive and well.
There is no evidence supporting the rumor.
So, the claim that “Imran Khan died in jail” is completely false and baseless. [...]
27th Amendment Bill to be Presented in Senate Today After Coalition’s Approval
Senator Farooq H. Naek says draft revised after inclusion of fresh suggestions
Islamabad News: The much-discussed 27th Constitutional Amendment Bill — proposing major changes to Pakistan’s judicial system and military command structure — is set to be tabled in the Senate today (Monday) after receiving approval from coalition partners.
Senator Farooq H. Naek, Chairman of the Senate Standing Committee on Law and Justice, confirmed that the draft had been approved with certain modifications following the incorporation of new proposals. He added that both he and Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar have been authorized to finalize remaining adjustments.
Last week, the federal government introduced the amendment bill in the Senate, sparking protests from opposition parties. The bill proposes the creation of a Federal Constitutional Court, permanent immunity for the President, and lifetime status for the Field Marshal rank among other significant measures.
The Senate Secretariat has issued the agenda for November 10, listing the 27th Amendment Bill as a key item for legislative business. After the recitation, Senator Naek will present the committee’s report on the bill, officially titled The Constitution (27th Amendment) Bill, 2025. Law Minister Tarar will then move the bill for consideration and passage.
The joint parliamentary committee on law and justice, chaired by Senator Naek and MNA Mehmood Bashir Virk, had earlier approved the basic draft after detailed discussions.
The meeting was attended by Senators Tahir Khalil Sindhu, Hidayatullah, Shahadat Awan, Zamir Hussain Ghumro, and MNAs Ali Haider Gillani, Saira Afzal Tarar, Bilal Azhar Kayani, Syed Naveed Qamar, and Abrar Shah. Law Secretary Raja Naeem Akbar and senior officials from the Ministry of Law and Justice also participated.
Opposition members from PTI, JUI-F, PkMAP, and MWM boycotted the meeting. Committee members expressed regret over the boycott, stressing that opposition parties should have engaged in such an important constitutional process.
According to sources, the Awami National Party (ANP) raised objections to the bill and skipped the prime minister’s dinner in protest. ANP’s proposal to rename Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was deferred for further consultation, while the Balochistan Awami Party’s (BAP) proposal to increase provincial assembly seats was also postponed for additional discussion.
The committee approved amendments to Article 243 of the Constitution after detailed deliberation, along with clauses establishing constitutional courts. It also approved an amendment extending the time frame for the adjudication of pending cases from six months to one year. Under the new provision, any case not pursued for a year will be considered disposed of.
Currently, Article 243 of the Constitution states that the President of Pakistan holds supreme command of the armed forces, while their control and command rest with the federal government. [...]
JUI-F Boycotts Special Committee Meeting, Raises Concerns Over Rushed Amendments
Islamabad:
The Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Fazl) once again boycotted the meeting of the parliamentary special committee today. The party says the government is pushing amendments in haste, which goes against proper parliamentary practice.
Speaking informally to Samaa TV, JUI-F Senator Kamran Murtaza said, “These amendments are being brought in a hurry. This is not an appropriate parliamentary attitude.” He added that important legal or constitutional changes should not be made hastily, and all stakeholders must be consulted before any decision.
Senator Murtaza also mentioned that the party leadership is currently out of the city. “Our leadership is not in Islamabad — Maulana https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fazal-ur-Rehman_(politician,_born_1953) Rehman is in Karachi. We will not attend the meeting until we receive clear instructions from the party,” he said.
It is worth noting that the government has recently called several special committee meetings to pass certain amendments. However, some opposition parties have objected, saying that the process lacks consultation and transparency.
“Our leadership is currently out of the city — Maulana Fazlur Rehman is in Karachi,” Murtaza added. “Until we receive formal directions from the party leadership, we will not participate in the proceedings.”
According to party insiders, JUI-F feels sidelined in the recent decision-making process and believes the government is bypassing parliamentary traditions. Opposition members have repeatedly demanded that all parties be given enough time to review and comment on the proposed amendments.
Political observers say the repeated boycotts by opposition parties, including JUI-F, highlight growing tensions between the government and opposition benches. They warn that pushing through controversial changes without proper consultation could deepen mistrust and create further gridlock in the already polarized political climate.
The Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Fazl) once again boycotted the meeting of the parliamentary special committee on proposed amendments, expressing serious reservations over what it described as a hasty and non-consultative process.

America News: Zohran Mamdani’s win in New York and Sadiq Khan’s 2016 London mayorship show true inclusion in the West
America News:
Zohran Mamdani’s election in New York and Sadiq Khan becoming the Mayor of London in 2016 are clear examples that — if you’re capable, you can rise to top positions in Western societies (especially in the U.S. and the U.K.), even if you belong to a religious minority.
What’s remarkable is that in neither America nor Britain did anyone claim that Christianity was in danger,
nor did citizens protest saying, “How can a non-Christian hold such an important office?” 🤷🏻♀️
But Pakistan tells a very different story. It’s almost unthinkable that someone from a minority community — Christian, Hindu, or Jewish — could ever become a provincial chief minister, no matter how much more qualified they are than a Muslim candidate (from certain accepted sects).
Our religious and social mindset has grown so narrow that even internal minority groups, like Ahmadis, cannot even imagine holding such high offices.
In my opinion, Muslim societies will truly deserve congratulations only when people from minority or non-religious backgrounds can reach top positions purely on merit and equality.
For now, the real congratulations go not to Zohran Mamdani — but to America, its laws, and its people. [...]
New York News: Who is Mira Nair, the mother of Zohran Mamdani?
Mira Nair and Zohran Mamdani — A Story of Dreams, Vision, and Legacy
Once, there was a girl who saw the world through a camera lens.
Through light, faces, and stories, she discovered herself.
Her name was Mira Nair.
From the calm courtyards of Rourkela to the bustling streets of Delhi,
and under the cold skies of Harvard, she learned the art of dreaming — and turning those dreams into reality.
She was a woman who didn’t just make films; she lived them — treating every story like an act of faith.
She gave color to sorrow and wrapped joy in silence.
Then life showed her a new frame — Her son, Zohran Mamdani, chose the world of politics.
The mother told stories through film; the son promised justice through law.
Mira didn’t give her son wealth — she gave him vision.
A way of seeing the world that finds compassion in power, and integrity in influence.
She taught him that being true matters more than winning.
And today, as Zohran Mamdani becomes the Mayor of New York,
the world celebrates a political victory.
But for a mother, this moment feels like the final scene of a film —
where the lights fade slowly, and the music turns into silence.
This is the climax of a story
where a woman wove her dreams, her identity, and her son’s success into a single thread.
But stories never really end.
When a mother’s journey reaches its height, a son’s story begins anew.
Now the world will watch — Will Zohran live up to the truth his mother captured in every frame?
Only time will tell
whether “Mamdani: The Story of Mira”
was the completion of a dream — or the beginning of a new one. [...]

The two discussed their shared vision for a fairer, stronger, and more inclusive New York — focusing on issues that matter most to the city’s residents, from community empowerment to sustainable growth and equitable opportunities.

“It was an honor to spend part of my first day with my Congresswoman, AOC, right here in Jackson Heights,” Mamdani shared, reflecting on the day’s events. “Our conversation reminded me why we do this work — to build a city that truly serves everyone.”
As his transition progresses, Mayor-elect Mamdani and his team will be sharing more details on policy priorities, community outreach plans, and initiatives aimed at ensuring a transparent and people-centered administration.
This first day was not only about official duties but also about reaffirming a commitment to lead New York with integrity, compassion, and action.

Zohran Mamdani — The Journey from Zero to Hero
Did you know that just a year ago, almost no one knew who Zohran Mamdani was?
When he started his election campaign, he personally went door to door — meeting people in their homes, on the streets, and in local markets, talking to everyone he could.
His journey to becoming Mayor wasn’t easy. His opponents — including the former mayor — had huge amounts of money and even support from the U.S. President.
But on Zohran Mamdani’s side, there was none of that.
In the beginning, when he tried to speak to people, as you can see in some videos, no one was even willing to stop and listen.
Still, he never gave up. He kept going, kept talking, and kept believing.
And today, his hard work and determination have turned him from an unknown name into a leader loved by the people — a true journey from zero to hero. [...]
Zohran Mamdani Elected: New York’s First Muslim Mayor
The People of New York Made History
In New York City, Zohran Mamdani has been elected the first Muslim mayor, a milestone victory made possible by the people of New York. His success is not just his own — the credit belongs to every New Yorker who cast their vote.
A Turning Point Campaign
The mayoral contest reached a turning point when his opponents mounted fierce efforts to defeat him. Among them were former President Donald Trump and billionaire Elon Musk. Yet that very opposition, rather than weakening Mamdani’s campaign, proved beneficial.
Resistance Became a Strength
Donald Trump does not let his adversaries walk away empty-handed — he unleashed a barrage of accusations against Mamdani.
Meanwhile Elon Musk also entered the fray, but his limited political experience became apparent. In the Political arena, Musk’s have curve remains steep.
A Wave of Congratulations & Joy
On the other side, congratulations have been pouring in for Zohran Mamdani following his election. Among his supporters, there is a visible wave of happiness and hope as they celebrate this landmark achievement. [...]
Pakistan on the Brink of Destruction!
Islamabad News: Daily Mirror News
It was mentioned earlier that one major reason for Pakistan’s decline was political instability, and the second reason was the end of the strategic interests of those global powers that had brought Pakistan into existence for their specific objectives. Since the world is always changing, global empires and powers also evolve with time, and they adapt their goals to new necessities.
Pakistan was brought into existence by the British Empire at a time when their power was at its zenith. The purpose was to ensure that the vast Indian subcontinent did not become a headache for the British Empire, and that the great Afghanistan, which had fought several wars against the British, would no longer stand in their way. For this reason, Britain divided these two regions.
If the true purpose of Pakistan’s creation had been to liberate Muslims from oppression and tyranny, then why didn’t the British include those areas of Afghanistan along with it?
In reality, the plan for Pakistan’s creation was devised by the British to prevent the emergence of a large and strong country, and the second objective was to divide Muslims into different parts so that they could not reunite and establish a government in India.
After Pakistan came into existence, not only did Muslims fail to gain governance in India, but the Muslims who remained in India are still deprived of their basic rights to this day. And when the sun of the British Empire set, the original philosophical foundation for Pakistan’s existence became meaningless along with it.
Over the past half-century, Pakistan served for a long time as a useful tool for the American superpower against Russia, and for China against India. But when the Ukraine war began, America itself became entangled in the West against Russia, and now Pakistan has become a burden rather than a benefit for it. Similarly, as a major rival to China, India can now become a more suitable and stronger ally for America. Consequently, in the eyes of the West, this project called Pakistan has now become a source of loss rather than profit.
The danger of Pakistan’s end intensified further when relations between China and India began to improve. If relations between the two countries return to normal, Pakistan will become unnecessary for China as well. Now, as Pakistan has reached the extreme of political and economic instability, global powers are withdrawing their support from it. And that Pakistan, whose foundation was always based on the crutches of external powers, has now reached the brink of disintegration.
It should also be remembered that when a country suffers from political and economic instability, only national unity or its geographical position can save it. But there is no such strong national cohesion in Pakistan. [...]

Is the Ice Melting Between China and the United States? A Historic Meeting in Korea
Seoul, South Korea —
After years of tension between the world’s two biggest powers, a new ray of hope seems to have appeared. Today in South Korea, U.S. President Donald J. Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping sat face to face for the first time since 2019. Observers around the world are calling this a “historic meeting” that could mark the beginning of a thaw in U.S.–China relations.
The meeting is being viewed as significant not only for the two countries involved but also for the global economy and international peace.
Background: From Cold Relations to a Warmer Tone
For several years, relations between Washington and Beijing have been strained.
During Trump’s presidency, a trade war erupted — both nations imposed billions of dollars in tariffs on each other, restricted technology access, and blocked major investment projects.
China responded by limiting the export of rare earth minerals, materials essential for U.S. defense and technology industries. That move hit Washington hard, and since then, the American stance has gradually softened. Many in the U.S. now believe that a prolonged confrontation with China could harm both sides equally.
Against this backdrop, today’s meeting takes on special importance.
A Historic Meeting in Korea
The much-anticipated meeting took place in Busan, South Korea, where President Trump began his Asian tour.
Trump, who in the past imposed tough sanctions on China, personally chose to attend this meeting, signaling a shift in tone.
According to reports, the two leaders held a closed-door conversation lasting about an hour.
Key topics included trade relations, technology restrictions, global supply chains, and regional security.
Although neither side revealed full details, early statements suggest that the discussion was positive and forward-looking.
Trump and Xi: A New Chapter?
Speaking after the meeting, President Trump told reporters:
“We are the two most powerful nations in the world, and it’s essential that we resolve our differences through dialogue. Today’s meeting is a great start.”
Chinese President Xi Jinping echoed the same sentiment, saying:
“If the United States and China choose cooperation over confrontation, it will bring peace and progress not only for our two peoples but for the whole world.”
Their comments show a rare tone of mutual respect and willingness to communicate, something that has been missing from U.S.–China relations in recent years.
Asia Watches Closely
The meeting in Korea was not just between two nations — all of Asia was watching.
Countries like South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and Vietnam have long been caught between U.S. and Chinese influence. Many of them see this dialogue as a positive step toward regional stability.
Analysts say this was also an opportunity for Trump to strengthen his international image as a dealmaker and global leader. A softer approach toward China could help improve his political standing while easing economic tensions across the region.
Changing U.S. Tone After Sanctions
It’s no secret that President Trump imposed several economic and trade sanctions on China during his presidency.
These measures included restrictions on Chinese tech companies, limits on American investment, and increased tariffs on Chinese goods.
However, over time, it became clear that these sanctions were hurting both economies.
China’s countermeasure — limiting exports of rare earth elements — had a direct impact on U.S. industries, particularly defense and semiconductor manufacturing.
As a result, Washington realized that dialogue, not confrontation, might be the only sustainable path forward.
Trump easily wins the body language battle with Xi Jinping.

Is the Ice Really Melting?
Experts are divided on the question.
Some believe the meeting was largely symbolic — a photo opportunity to show the world that both powers are at least talking again.
Others are more optimistic, suggesting this could mark the beginning of a new diplomatic chapter, one that might bring stability to global markets and ease political tensions.
Given the central role both nations play in the world economy — from oil prices to technology supply chains — cooperation between the U.S. and China could have a huge positive impact on global confidence and trade.
What Happens Next
The world’s attention now turns to what comes next.
Will this meeting lead to further dialogue and cooperation?
Or will it remain just a single, symbolic encounter?
It’s too early to tell — but one thing is clear: this meeting represents a turning point in international politics.
If genuine understanding grows betwee
n Washington and Beijing, the world may soon see a more balanced and peaceful global order. [...]
