Key Points of the Qatar Peace Agreement:
1. Firing of any kind from either side at the Chaman, Torkham, and Ghulam Khan borders will be strictly prohibited.
2. Afghanistan will take action against TTP and BLA, while Pakistan will show leniency toward Afghan refugees.
3. Special passes will be issued for traders and patients coming from Afghanistan to ensure their safe and easy travel.
4. Spokespersons and media from both countries will avoid provocative statements and will promote mutual respect and Islamic brotherhood.
5. China and Iran will act as guarantors of this agreement, while Qatar will oversee its implementation.
6. This peace agreement will remain in effect for two years, but it can be extended with mutual consent.
