Breaking News: Trump Vows to Retake Bagram Air Base, Afghan Foreign Minister Responds Strongly

Kabul (News Desk):

Former U.S. President Donald Trump has declared that “America will take back Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan.” His statement has drawn a sharp reaction from the Afghan Foreign Minister, who firmly rejected the idea and warned against any foreign interference in Afghanistan.

The Afghan Foreign Minister stated:

“Any power that has once been defeated in Afghanistan cannot dare to return. If anyone wishes, let them try again. History is clear—first the British came and failed, then America came, and its so-called superpower was buried in the dust. No one in the world today can dare to invade Afghanistan, and if they do, the outcome is already known.”

He further added that Afghanistan is now the only country in the world where the United States no longer maintains a military base, emphasizing that the Afghan people will never tolerate foreign domination again.

Political analysts suggest that Trump’s statement could spark fresh debate in the region, as Bagram Air Base has long been considered one of the most strategic military installations in Afghanistan’s modern history.
