Reports say that around 300 to 350 kilograms of explosive material have been found so far in connection with the Delhi blast. Two people have reportedly been arrested — one of them a doctor from the Delhi–Faridabad area, identified by some as Tariq and by others as Salman. However, an official confirmation is still awaited.
The main question is: How was such a blast even possible in the heart of Delhi?
Delhi and Faridabad are densely populated cities under tight surveillance. A powerful explosion in such an area raises serious questions about the efficiency of the police and intelligence agencies.
It is also being reported that the explosives were brought from Jammu and Kashmir, which makes it even more concerning — how did such a large quantity of materials cross several states and reach Delhi-Faridabad without being detected?
Once again, the Modi government appears to be shifting blame toward Pakistan, as it has done in the past to hide its failures. But this approach will not solve the real problems.
The government should focus on finding real solutions and addressing internal security lapses instead of making political statements.
If the authorities are truly working efficiently, they should present the full facts before the public so that citizens can understand what really happened.
Simply blaming others or pretending that nothing went wrong will not make India safer. It’s time to act responsibly, not just watch from the sidelines.
Congress MLA H.D. Raghunath Questions Modi Government Over Delhi Car Blast Probe
Congress MLA H.D. Raghunath has raised serious questions about the Modi government’s handling of the Delhi car explosion investigation.
Raghunath said that the Union Home Minister’s visit to the blast site, which was initially thought to be a CNG cylinder explosion, was unexpected and unusual.
He also claimed that the investigation into the ammonium nitrate residues was carried out improperly, as the entire area had not been sealed off for forensic work.
Raghunath further questioned why, despite Delhi’s extensive CCTV surveillance, information about the car involved in the blast was not released for several hours.
He urged the Modi government to reveal the true facts of the investigation and ensure complete transparency in the matter.
